The site is well connected to the main arterial roads of Al Ain and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Roads, which offers strategic access to Al Ain, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. In addition, Umm Sequeim Road nearby offers a direct route to Sheikh Zayed Road. In essence it has good existing and future linkages within Dubai and to other Emirates.
The site context of Arjan is situated within the wider framework of Dubailand, whereby the site is positioned at the top end of the entertainment complex acting, along with Majan and Liwan, as a gateway development.
Arjan is surrounded by large scale residential, commercial, entertainment, and hospitality developments. As mentioned previously, Majan and Liwan form part of the surrounding development within the Dubailand Framework. In the Dubailand context Arjan has to be competitive in front of iconic developments.
Arjan will provide key community facilities for the development, such as, Religious Facilities, healthcare Facilities, Educational Facilities, Community Shopping Centers and Post Office.
